5. Subscription & Payments

  • Paid plans are billed in advance
  • Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated
  • We may change pricing with prior notice

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the data you collect and manage using VisitLoop.

7. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". VisitLoop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VisitLoop harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
